I took pictures at the Woman’s March in Boise, Idaho. There seems to be an alternate spelling of: Womxn’s March on Idaho. In any event, I arrived early and was able to roam wherever I wanted to. Freedom of the press is unique to Boise, Idaho, in my experience. I have walked past and behind undercover cops looking for shooters, and security alike, and I’ve never had an issue photographing events. Somehow, a few of the photographs I took landed in the Idaho Historical Society’s exhibit, specifically in the Idaho Trailblazer Women of Idaho exhibit. I received an email from the folks that run that thing, and I was asked if I would allow specific photographs from this set to be admitted to the collection. Pretty much made my year. Anyway, here’s a few of the photographs from that event.
